Synopsis: Enter the dark realm of Nocturna in Jeaniene Frost’s redhot tale, where blisteringly sexy Rafael dominates the demons of a lawless dimension and tries to help a beautiful young woman avenge her cousin’s disappearance.Review: Night's Darkest Embrace is a short but steamy novella set in a world called Nocturna. Although, this is not Frosts' typical story featuring the beloved Cat & Bones Frost does introduce us to some steamy Demon characters. I'm not usually a fan of novellas but this one captured my attention because although it's shorter than Frosts' typical novel it definitely does the story justice. There is a lot to grasp within this novella, but I think it does a great job setting things up. I also found this story refreshing because we're introduced to a whole other paranormal world and Demons: Purebloods and Partials. It was fun to step into this world. The main character was likeable and I could easily compare her to Cat from the Night Huntress Series. I look forward to reading more Demon stories from Jeaniene Frost and I definitely recommend giving this novella a chance.
